Rails are 3/4" thick, the flutes are 1/2" wide with 1/2" wide spacing between them. The maximum length the flutes can be without breaking is 58". You may specify exactly where you would like the break to be or we can split it for you.


 
When Ordering Fluted Rails
  1. Specify the number of flutes per piece.
  2. Order the exact width and length of each piece. Valley Custom Door will price in increments of 1" widths and foot lengths, but your rails will be cut to the width and length you specify.
  3. Specify the distance down from the top to start the flute and the distance up from the bottom to stop the flute. Also specify the break in the center if over 58" long.
