Finger pulls can be routed on the backsides of doors and drawer fronts. The location must be clearly marked.

Finger pulls will only work with the following outside edge profiles:E-101, E-104, E-105, E-106, E-110, E-114, E-117, E-118, E-121, E-122.

Radius Corners

You can add a radius to the outside edge of doors and drawer fronts. The following edges E-104, E-105, E-106, E-108, E-118, E-121 are available with a 1/4" , 1/2" or 1" radius.

 

Lazy Susan Doors & Corner Doors
One option for these doors is to use a 45 degree mitred corner joint. Each door will have a 3" stile that when mitred together give the appearance of 2 1/4" stiles to match the rest of the door. This style will allow you to use a piano hinge or a pie cut hinge. (See sketch)

Another option is to order one door with one 3" stile on the butt side and a 2 1/4" stile on the other door. This will give the illusion of both stiles being 2 1/4" wide. Standard hinges can be used on these doors. (See sketch)

Hinge Boring

Hinge boring can be done to accept concealed hinges. Standard diameter of bore is 35mm wide with a depth of 1/2". Standard boring locations are shown here. Please note that not all edge profiles will work with concealed hinges. Please check the chart to determine which edges can be used with concealed hinges.

When concealed hinges are drilled 3/32" in form the edge and 1/2" deep, the following outside edge profiles will work. E-101, E-102 with a 5/8" overlay only, E-104, E-105, E-106, E-114, E-117, E-121.

When Valley Custom Door is not supplying hinges, you must specify cup drilling distance in from the edge of door.
