Each radius is measured from the inside of the door. The width cannot exceed the height of the door. Mullions may not line up evenly when widths and heights vary on a group of doors. Mortise & Tenon
Joints: The stiles and rails of our doors are constructed by
using a mortise and tenon joint. The tenon is 5/8" long to
give you the strongest door available. Our standard stile and rail
width is 2 1/4". Our standard center rail is 2 1/2". The
finish thickness of the doors is 3/4". All raised panel inserts
are 5/8" thick and are made out of solid wood. Flat panels
are 1/4" thick and are an MDF core Veneer material. |
